From my full-day antenatal class to one-to-one caesarean preparation and breastfeeding support, I offer warm, practical guidance for every stage of pregnancy, birth and the early weeks. Led by a Registered Midwife and IBCLC, based at Rose Clinic in Bray.

Every visit is two hours long and led entirely by what you need on the day. We might spend time on feeding, or talking through how you are feeling, or I might hold your baby while you have a shower and a cup of tea that is actually hot. Sometimes what a family needs most is simply an extra pair of hands and the reassurance of having someone experienced nearby.

So many women carry their birth experience quietly, long after everyone else has moved on. If you have found yourself replaying moments from your birth, feeling disconnected from what happened, or simply wishing someone had taken the time to sit with you and listen, birth reflections is for you. As a midwife and perinatal mental health practitioner, I can offer you that space, to tell your story, ask your questions, and feel genuinely heard. Sessions are available in clinic, at home, or online.

The early weeks of parenthood are not a series of isolated moments. They are a journey, and the support that makes the biggest difference is the kind that follows you through it. When you book a package with me, you are not just booking a set of appointments. You are booking continuity. Someone who gets to know you before your baby arrives, who is there in those first overwhelming days at home, who notices how you are doing not just how your baby is doing, and who carries your story from one visit to the next without you having to start again from scratch. I only offer packages in very limited numbers and all package holders get priority booking.
