Supporting families with feeding and caesarean recovery across Wicklow, South Dublin, and North Wexford.

Hi, I’m Lola. I provide evidence-based, trauma-informed support to help you feel more confident feeding your baby and recovering after birth. Whether you’re preparing for a caesarean, navigating feeding challenges, or looking for support later on, you’ll receive practical, compassionate care centred on your goals.

You don’t have to figure it out alone. Support is here when you’re ready.

What I Offer

In-home, at my clinic or virtual support to help with what you need: latch and positioning, supply, nipple pain, weight concerns, breastfeeding complications, tongue tie questions and more. I meet you where you are with empathy and expertise.

Specialist therapy to support healing after caesarean birth. Treatment can help reduce discomfort, improve mobility, ease tightness or sensitivity, and support reconnection with your body once your scar has healed.

Supportive, evidence-based classes to help you feel informed and confident before your baby arrives. Sessions include breastfeeding classes (group or private) and private caesarean preparation, with practical guidance on feeding, birth, recovery, and the early days with your baby.
