Breastfeeding Preparation Workshop

Practical, evidence-based breastfeeding preparation in a warm, supportive group setting.

These small group antenatal breastfeeding classes are designed to help you feel informed, calm and confident about feeding your baby before they arrive. Whether it is your first baby or you are looking for a refresher, you will leave with a clear understanding of what to expect and how to make feeding work for you.

Classes are taught in a relaxed, inclusive setting at Rose Clinic in Bray, Co. Wicklow. Group sizes are kept small so there is always space to ask questions, share experiences, and connect with others who are on a similar path.
