Back To Work Feeding Consultation

Going back to work doesn't have to mean giving up breastfeeding.

A one-to-one consultation plus two weeks of email support to help you figure out what feeding looks like when you return, and feel confident when you get there.

Returning to work is one of the most common reasons mums start to worry about how long they can keep breastfeeding. There's a lot to think through: when to pump, how often, whether your baby will take a bottle, what happens to your supply. It can feel like a puzzle with too many moving parts.

This appointment is a chance to sit down, look at your specific situation, and put a clear plan together before the stress of the return date arrives.

What we cover

In your Back to Work Feeding Consultation, we'll work through everything you need to feel prepared:

  • Your return-to-work timeline and feeding goals

  • Your baby's current feeding pattern and how it might change

  • Pumping/feeding at work: how often, when, and what you need

  • Building and managing a milk supply for your days away

  • Introducing or establishing a bottle if needed

  • Dropping or reducing feeds gradually without discomfort

  • What to expect in the first few weeks back

You'll leave with a written plan tailored to you, your baby, and your working week.

Two weeks of email support included

Going back to work is the easy part to plan for. The first two weeks back are where things get real: the pumping schedule that doesn't quite fit, the dip in supply, the day everything feels like too much.

That's why this package includes two weeks of email support, starting whenever you need it. You choose the date -- it might be the day you go back, or a week in when questions start to come up. I'll respond within 24 hours, so you always have someone to ask.

It's there for the moments between appointments when you just need a straight answer from someone who knows your situation.
